You are responsible for your backups and web content.
We attempt where possible to create our own regular backups on the servers, and we can sometimes restore from those. However, this is NOT a procedure you should rely on to keep your content safe. We make no guarantees about our backups. There is a £15 fee to restore backups. If you can provide your own backup file, then there is no fee.
How do I backup and restore my hosting account?
The is a backup option within Cpanel. You should use this to download all of the partial backups. These Partial backup can then be restored at any time.
