The launch of your website is just the beginning! After building your website we’ll provide free training so that you can update the content of your website easily yourself as and when required. This comes as part and parcel of our web design service. We will explain everything in a clear and easy-to-understand manner so that you are confident in managing the site that we built for you. Of course, we will be on standby to offer on-demand technical support at all times.
Once a website is built and has gone live, there’s a 1 month incubation period while you get used to it, and get to grips with how to update your website yourself. During this first month, we will be available to support you at no additional cost if you have any questions.
After this 1 month incubation period, as I’m sure you can appreciate, we would need to charge for our time if you request assistance with alterations and updates to your website. This can be on an Ad-Hoc basis or with one of our monthly website/tech support packages detailed above.
