24/7 Uptime monitoring
We check your website every 5 minutes, 24 hours a day. If the site is not loading, we make a few more checks in the next 3 minutes to ensure that the site is down. If the site is still down, we do whatever it takes to get your site back up.

We’ll carry out regular performance checks working through a comprehensive checklist of factors that could effect the performance of your website. This will ensure that visitors to your website have a positive trouble free experience.

Your WordPress website needs regular maintenance to perform as it should. This is intended to support you and make you feel more comfortable rolling up your sleeves to make simple changes.
What are these simple changes? Things like making edits to content, uploading a plugin, resizing/changing text, resizing images or writing a blog post.
What is not simple? Things that require custom development, designing (or redesigning) a graphic, creating any new content or anythingthat requires us to access your website and make the changes for you. That would come under web design.

What if I have more than one website?

What do I need to provide for you to get started?
You’ll receive a welcome email with information on your plan and details about how to securely send us your login credentials. Once you send login information for your WordPress dashboard and hosting provider, we’ll have your plan fully implemented in 24-48 hours.
